Maintenance

Yes, our community offers on site maintenance along with 24 hour emergency maintenance services.

If you need a repair in your apartment, please submit a maintenance request through your RentCafe Resident Portal.

All service requests are handled in the order received, with emergencies prioritized for immediate attention.

You do not need to be present for maintenance to complete work unless you request to be there.

If you are locked out during office hours, please visit the leasing office for assistance. After hours lockouts may require a locksmith at the resident’s expense.

Residents are welcome to personalize their apartment as long as no damage is caused and the home is returned to its original condition at move out.

Park 146 offers a variety of community amenities designed for convenience and everyday living, including on site laundry facilities, and well maintained grounds. Please contact the leasing office for a complete list of amenities.

Parking is available within the community, including surface lot options, along with additional street parking nearby.

Yes, our community is pet friendly!

Pet costs include a $300 refundable deposit and a monthly fee of $35 per pet with a max of two.

There is no designated pet park on site, but nearby open areas provide space for walking pets.

Apartments include standard kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator and range. Features may vary depending on the unit. Please contact the office for specific details.

Furnished apartments are not available.

Packages are delivered to secure Amazon Hub lockers for resident convenience.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is no fee to use shared community spaces.

While appointments are recommended, walk ins are welcome. Self guided tour options are also available.

Our management team is available during regular office hours to assist. The leasing office is located off site at 1360 Peoria St, where you can visit in person or reach us by phone or email.

Applications can be completed online through our website or in person at the leasing office.

Application approvals are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.

Initial costs include an application fee, administration fee, and a deposit or bond, along with any applicable pet fees.

If you are renting for the first time, we recommend reviewing your lease carefully, asking questions, and using the resident portal for convenient access to services.

Rent can be paid online through RentCafe or in the office by check or money order.

To make an online payment, log into your RentCafe Resident Portal and follow the prompts.

Additional charges may include utilities and pet rent, if applicable.

Renter’s insurance is required. You may provide your own policy or be enrolled in the RLL program.

Water, sewer, and trash are billed through RUBS and included with your rent. Other utilities are the resident’s responsibility. Please contact the office for details.

Electric and gas service must be established with Xcel Energy prior to move in. Contact the leasing office if you need assistance.

Internet providers in the area include Xfinity and CenturyLink.

We do offer a resident referral program. Please contact the office for details.

Guests are permitted. Any extended stays should be coordinated with management.

Rental rates vary depending on lease term. Please contact the leasing office for current pricing.

Subletting is not permitted.

It is approximately 2 to 3 minutes by car or about a 10 minute walk, making it the most convenient nearby option. Del Mar Park includes a dedicated off leash dog area, along with open space and walking paths.

Yes, nearby options include the High Line Canal Trail, which runs directly through Aurora and even connects near Del Mar Park, offering a paved path ideal for biking and walking.

From I 225, take the 6th Ave exit and head west, then turn south onto Peoria St and continue to Del Mar Parkway. Turn onto Del Mar Cir and follow signs to the community.
